1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reports Intellect website (reportsintellect.com) and all related services. By accessing our site or purchasing any product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind the organization you represent to these Terms.
2License & Intellectual Property
All market research reports sold through Reports Intellect are protected by copyright law. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report according to the license type purchased:
- • Single User License: One named individual may access, use, and print the report. The report may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
- • Multi-User License: Up to five (5) named users within the same organization may access the report.
- • Enterprise License: Unlimited users within the purchasing organization may access the report.
Redistribution, resale, republication, or sublicensing of any report is strictly prohibited without express written permission from Reports Intellect and the original publisher.
3Payment Terms
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.
For bank transfer payments, reports will be delivered within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all payment transactions.
4Delivery
Digital reports are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days). Reports are provided in PDF format, and Excel data files are included where specified. Physical copies are not available.
5Disclaimer of Warranties
Reports Intellect serves as a marketplace and distributor for third-party research reports. The information provided in our reports is for informational purposes only. While we endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information.

6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reports Intellect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reports. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.
7Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
8Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
