6Cancellation & Refund Policy
Digital research reports are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered and accessed.
However, we will issue a full refund if: (a) you have been charged for the same report twice, (b) the report is materially different from what was described, or (c) a technical error prevented delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
